Jiang Huiying, born on December 10, 1954, in Leshan, Sichuan Province, is an accomplished Chinese artist. She graduated from the Tianjin Oriental Academy of Art, specializing in Chinese landscape and flower-bird painting. She later pursued further studies in Chinese Language and Literature at Panzhihua University. Having been passionate about art since childhood, she excels in freehand flower and bird painting, particularly influenced by Qi Baishi’s style, which she has deeply studied. Jiang Huiying has apprenticed under the renowned Chinese painters Wang Xilin and Ma Xiaosong, incorporating the strengths of various masters while creating her own unique style, particularly noted for her peony paintings. Her works are characterized by their vibrant, dynamic, and atmospheric quality, with a harmonious blend of abstraction and realism, rich yet elegant color tones, and broad appeal.
Jiang Huiying is currently a member of the China Artists Association, an executive director at the Beijing Jinghua Pavilion Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and a National Gift Artist. She is also an art researcher with the China Oriental Culture Research Institute, a member of the Sichuan Artists Association, a member of the Royal Spanish Association, a member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Talent Arts Research Association, a senior art consultant for the Singapore New Shenzhou Painting Institute, and Vice Chairman of the International Cooperation Development Center of China National Radio’s Cultural and Tourism Department. Her biography and works have been widely reported and featured on over 70 websites, including the China Famous Artists Painting and Calligraphy Market website, China.com, Global Culture Network, Huaxia Art Network, and Beijing Youth Daily Network.
As an art educator, Jiang has long been engaged in both art education and flower-bird painting creation.
